BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Visitors to the Coach House are required to read and comply with the following conditions:

The letting period is from Friday to Friday. Guests are asked to arrive after 3.00 pm and agree to vacate no later than 10.00 am.

The accommodation will be cleaned and prepared for your arrival. You undertake to keep the property and all furnishings and fittings in the accommodation in the same state of repair, condition and cleanliness as at the beginning of the let, allowing for reasonable wear and tear. All damage and breakage's are the visitor's responsibility and the proprietor must be recompensed  in full.

Whilst we have made every effort to ensure that descriptions of the property and details of the accommodation provided are correct, we cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage which  arise from any information we supply. We can accept no liability for any injury, loss, damage or expense from your use of the holiday accommodation.

This agreement confers on you the right to occupy the Coach House solely for the purposes of a holiday or short term temporary stay and not as a permanent dwelling house, and that you will vacate no later than the time specified in the agreement.

You undertake that only the agreed number of persons, not exceeding 4 in number, will occupy the property whose details you have disclosed on the booking form. The proprietor reserves the right to refuse entry to the entire party if this condition is not observed.

We take every care to ensure that your holiday accommodation is satisfactory, but in the event of a complaint please notify the proprietor immediately.

Unfortunately no pets are allowed. We also request our guests NOT TO SMOKE whilst in the premises.

The rental charges are fully inclusive of gas, electricity and 'rad-stat' controlled central heating.

Duvets with covers, sheets, pillowcases and towels are inclusive.

BOOKING YOUR HOLIDAY

Please telephone 01225 311341 to check whether the Coach House is available for the dates you require and make a temporary reservation. This provisional reservation will be held for 5 days only, so please send your completed booking form and deposit as soon as possible. The deposit required if the booking is made more than 4 weeks prior to the start of the letting is 1/3^rd of the rental fee. The balance will be due 4 weeks before the holiday commencement. (Non-payment of the balance by the due date will be construed as cancellation of the holiday and the proprietor reserves the right to let elsewhere). Full payment is required if the booking is made less than 4 weeks prior to the start of the holiday. A reservation deposit is non refundable unless an alternative letting is arranged.

We reserve the right to refuse any bookings and also to cancel any confirmed bookings should circumstances unforeseen concerning the accommodation make this necessary, returning any money paid in full.
